TEST FACILITIES
- AHL Hydraulics has one of the most comprehensive hydraulic testing facilities in South East Asia region. We are able to test hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, gearboxes and different types of valve blocks.
- Our 160KW testing facility has data acquisition capability which captures flow, pressure and temperature readings. This allow us to test open, closed and semi-closed loop pumps to maximum capacity. As Webtec distributor, our sensors are calibrated yearly to meet ISO9001 requirement.
- The test rig has capability to test different pumps and motors control ranging from load sensing, electric proportional control, torque control, power regulation, automotive control, pressure compensation, etc, to meet your machine specification.
- Quality control procedures with strict testing standard have ensure all repaired units to be in top condition before installing onto your machine.
